Recovery Coach

Vic Roman

Hello All!

My name is Vic, and I am truly honored and grateful to be joining this community as one of the Recovery

Coaches.

I was born in Puerto Rico and moved to Connecticut when I was seven years old. I come from a big family,

and spending time with my loved ones is something I value deeply.

I was introduced to recovery in 2018, and that experience became a turning point in my life. It ultimately led

me to discover a passion for supporting others on their own journeys of recovery. Today, I feel incredibly

blessed to have the opportunity to turn that passion into purpose as a Recovery Coach.

Throughout my work, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals from all walks of life who are

struggling with addiction and navigating recovery. My experience has included working within the court

system, the Department of Corrections (DOC), halfway houses, homeless shelters, and inpatient rehabilitation

settings. Each experience has strengthened my belief that recovery looks different for everyone, and that

connection, compassion, and understanding can make a meaningful difference.

I am extremely honored and grateful for the opportunity to be part of this community and family. I look forward

to getting to know each of you and building meaningful connections along the way.

Please feel free to reach out and introduce yourself. I would love the opportunity to connect, get to know you,

and begin a conversation about what it means to approach the journey of recovery from a different

perspective.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to connect with you all and walk alongside you on this journey!
