Community Health Nurse Supervisor

I will be celebrating 27 years in my position with Tribal Health Services October 5, 2025.

I am a Care Navigator to all community health care needs.

I work as a Clinical Supervisor of the THS clinic. I coordinate the care of clients being seen at THS, referral to Specialty processing and I follow-up on all care coordinated through referral process. I triage clients for their visits and participate in daily “huddles” updating staff on care strategies for each client.

I am the clinical reporter of data for the Diabetes program and for the GPRA (Government Performance Reporting Act) program.
I coordinate all the clinical information required for the Disability Programs, Tribal, and New York Life, short-term and long-term leaves.
