- Holistic, primary care services are offered by appointment and include comprehensive physicals for men and women, diagnostic laboratory services, well-child and adult immunizations and ambulatory care services for men, women and children. Tribal Health Services provides identification and coordination of care for specialty needs.
- Diabetes education and management
- Community Health Nurse outreach, including home visits, transportation and health education
- Nutrition and lifestyle counseling
- Health Promotion/Disease Prevention, including activities for addressing special health concerns aimed at youth, adults and elders
- Behavioral Health, Alcohol/Substance Abuse comprehensive assessment and screening, counseling, outreach and crisis management
- Support Services, including administration, medical records management, case management and social services coordination
- Contract Health Services for eligible clients, including identification and access to alternate resources and processing referrals and payments to contract health providers
